Susan Yu and Tom Mesereau recently exonerated a prominent Beverly Hills plastic surgeon from charges of sexual harassment and lack of informed consent after a 2-week trial before the California Medical Board, Los Angeles Division.

The decision by the Administrative Law Judge of the California Medical Board came down in late April 2007, vindicating the medical doctor of these accusations. The charges had been brought by the California Attorney General after investigating allegations of wrongdoing by three former patients.

The trial lasted 2 weeks with thousands of pages of discovery.
